Guest Speaker: Michael McGoff

The theatre was lucky enough to have Michael McGoff, the associate director of The Wizard of Oz (Coming to the Buell Feb. 7-13) speak to theatre students this morning!  Mr. McGoff spoke on a variety of topics including casting, production, bringing new shows to the stage, and what it takes to maintain a life in the theatre.  Micheal's credits are vast.  He's worked with Alice Ripley in Next to Normal, Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp in Rent, George Hamilton in La Cage A Folles, and Edward Norton and Catherine Keener in Burn This.  He is also the reigning production stage manager for NYC Shakespeare in the Park and worked on Broadway's Wicked.
