2025-2026 Theatre Information

We offer lots of theatre elective classes from acting, improv, set design and construction, to playwriting!

Quarter 1: Auditions for the Fall Play (title will be announced soon) will be on Tuesday, September 9th, at 3:30 pm in the PAC. Students will need a memorized monologue to use for their audition. I will be sending an email to all high school students and high school deans with more information about what the Fall Play will be and audition/tech sign-up information soon! So keep an eye out for that email. I will also post posters around the school and send out the information in high school DA Weeklies that go out to all parents!

Quarter 2: We attend the Colorado Thespian Conference in downtown Denver, which is a three-day conference. This year, it is December 11-13th https://cothespians.com/thescon/ ***Make sure to sign up for the 9th period Thespians class during Quarter 2 if you would like to attend the conference.***

Quarter 3: The Spring Musical has auditions in January and performs March 5, 6, 7, 2026. 

Quarter 4: 9th-period Student Showcase is an opportunity for students to put on their own pieces-singing duets, performing scenes, performing in a band, etc. 

We also have a Thespian Honor Society that you can earn membership in by participating in after-school productions and earning points. The yearly induction is in May.
